HOW DO I ORDER?
Order online! We’ll send you the Art4Keep bag. Place your order via Whatsapp or email.
We will send you the invoice and payment instructions.
Once we receive a deposit of $49.99, we will send you the Art4Keep bag 2 business days after payment.
Gather your art and send it to us!
You can arrange delivery of your artworks back to Art4Keep address. Or we can arrange pick-up with additional charges.
Send us the balance payment so we can proceed with production.
Enjoy your book!
We will deliver your book 15 days after confirmation and payment.
We can deliver back the artworks you sent or safely recycle them to help you clear the creative clutter at home.
If this is a gift, we can write a message on a card on your behalf before the delivery.

HOW DO YOU MAKE A PAYMENT?
For now, we only accept PayNow to UEN 53445119E.
Once you order a bag from us via email or WhatsApp, we will send you a digital invoice.
After you make the transfer, please email or WhatsApp the confirmed transfer details.
HOW SHOULD YOU ORGANISE YOUR ART?
We want your experience with Art4Keep to be a positive one and as seamless as possible.
Here are some tip and must-do’s before you send the bag back to us.
Reading and following them will save you a lot of time and will help you understand the process of organising your artwork better.
We only photograph 1 piece of art per page. If you would like multiple artworks in one page, please create a collage of those pieces using tape or glue. Stick them neatly on the page before sending them in the bag.
We will photograph your artworks from top to bottom in the order it was received. If you would like to arrange it in a certain order, number it at the back.
If you are sending art for more than one child, please securely separate the art for one child inside the bag.
If you’d like to add customized captions per page, please let us know. There will be extra charges for this.
For now, we only photograph drawings, paintings, creative writing, and such. Please do not send glass or fragile items. We provide a plastic bag inside the bag so you can protect your art from external elements.
Please avoid rolling art. Warped edges will look bad on the photos.
If you are going to use sticky notes, make sure they stay stuck on the artwork. Make sure they are secured properly per page.
If you have special instructions, please let us know and include them in your bag. We would be more than happy to hear from you.
IS THERE A DEADLINE FOR SENDING THE BAG?
Yes, once you make a payment and we deliver your bag, you have 30 business days to send the bag back to us with your artworks.
CAN I HAVE THE ORIGINAL ARTWORKS RETURNED TO ME?
Yes! We can return your artworks if you’d like. Let us know, so we can arrange the delivery together with the book.
Because we will be returning the bag, we will need to get a courier. Thus, we will have to ask for additional delivery charges.
If you don’t want the artwork anymore, we can recycle it for you to help you declutter your home.
CAN I REQUEST AN ADDITIONAL COPY OF MY KEEPSAKE BOOK?
Yes. The fee for an additional keepsake book will be $50.
WHAT IF I JUST WANT MY ART DIGITISED WITHOUT A BOOK?
We also provide this service.
We accept a minimum of 50 art pieces at $50.
If you would like additional pieces, we charge $2.50 per piece.
We will send you the images via Dropbox.
Once we send it to your email, please download it within 5 working days. To save on online storage, we delete folders on the 6th day.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO GET MY BAG?
Bags will be sent by courier delivery and generally ships out within 2-3 business days of placing the order and sending out payment.
HOW LONG DOES THE ART4KEEP BAG SERVICE TAKE?
It takes about 2-3 weeks from the time an order is placed to the time a book is delivered.
Timing can vary due to the current volume of orders. Pre-holidays is the busiest time for us!
If you need your order by a certain date, please email us or send us a message in WhatsApp so we can see if we can meet your deadline.
A rush fee may apply.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
All book sales are final, and there are no returns.
