Bags will be sent by courier delivery and generally ships out within 2-3 business days of placing the order and sending out payment.
Once we receive payment and we deliver your bag, you will have 30 business days to send the bag back to us with your artwork. If you need more time, please let us know.
It takes about 2-3 weeks from the time an order is placed to the time a book is delivered. Timing can vary due to the current volume of orders. Pre-holidays is the busiest time for us! If you need your order by a certain date, please email us or send us a message in WhatsApp so we can see if we can meet your deadline. A rush fee may apply.
We can provide you with a copy of your keepsake book upon request for an additional fee of $50.
